I had my first spiritual experience in 1987; a gift of ‘connection’ which has gone from strength to strength. Since training as a Reiki Practitioner & Reiki Master in 2011, there has barely been a day when I’m not sending Reiki to multiple people.
In addition, my career working with Senior Executives has always involved a strong coaching element, something which I invariably draw upon across all my services. My particular blend of insight, intuition, coaching and empathy allows me to help, support and guide my clients in so many different ways.
Reconnecting you with those you’ve lost
There are few things in life which are harder than losing someone you love. For most of us, we would give anything to be able to hear from them again. When you do, it can help to deal with that loss.
My approach is uncomplicated, with no unnecessary ceremony or drama. It is simply me connecting with the person (or people) you have lost.
The Power of Reiki
Reiki, meaning “universal life energy”, is an ancient Japanese art of natural healing.
My particular expertise is in providing treatments remotely, known as ‘Distance Reiki’. This means I’m able to help clients in any location, worldwide. I have used Reiki to help my clients in so many ways, including:

Cards Which Bring Clarity

I offer a wide range of practical advice, guidance, tips & tricks to overcome this, helping them to regain control and take back their power!

What is Distance Reiki?
Reiki is a high vibrational energy force which is transmitted from a Reiki Practitioner. This universal energy moves through the practitioner to the recipient. Because it involves a transference of energy, there is no need for practitioner and recipient to be in the same physical space. It is equally effective and powerful to ‘send’ the Reiki from a distance as it is to use the more traditional ‘hands on’ approach. My particular experience has involved a much higher proportion of distance work with clients than hands-on. This has resulted in this being very much my strong suit.
Chakra & Energy Clearing
The body has 7 Chakras, or energy centres, which are responsible for our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Each Chakra brings its own individual qualities.
At one time or another, most people have experienced the impact that work, home-life, relationships, and a whole host of other situations and circumstances can have on their energy, and how they feel in general. This can sometimes mean one or more Chakra is out of balance, and that the flow of energy through the body is being blocked. Reiki can be used to clear those blockages and restore balance. It is typical that when balance is restored, this brings far-reaching, tangible benefits.
Executive Transition Coaching
I have developed this Executive Transition service primarily to support clients in the 50+ bracket who have found themselves on the receiving-end of ageism in the workplace, or through recruitment processes. Sadly, this problem is widespread and can have a devastating impact on those who experience it.
This work is tailored to each individual client, based on their particular situation. However, the core programme focuses on recognising key issues, presenting practical solutions which allow them to quickly feel more in control, including how to exit and move on to something else, or how to reframe how they feel in order to stay where they are, if that is their preference. This is very often a transformative experience.
Cards for All Occasions
I use both Tarot and Oracle cards for my readings, which all bring their own particular outlook. They are open to interpretation, with the same cards bringing different meanings for different people. It is extremely rare for readings not to be strongly guided by spirit.
TAROT:
Very much a tool for personal discovery and self-care. 78 cards which offer insight into what is happening around you right now, while also helping you to think about what might be coming next.
ARCHANGELS:
This deck of beautifully illustrated cards can be used to answer a wide range of questions. They always bring very gentle, thoughtful, meaningful guidance and support.
NATURE'S WHISPERS:
Nature is continually enticing us to spend time in her embrace, and to get outdoors. Within nature also comes profound peace, healing and wisdom. These cards bring a different perspective, and an unxpected level of detail to readings.

My Approach to Mediumship
My readings involve channelling through my guides, often combined with using Tarot and/or Oracle cards. I also use an incredibly powerful technique which involves me focusing on a photo of a loved one prior to/during a reading. This invariably strengthens my connection during the reading itself. I am able to give you details which demonstrate to you it really IS your loved one who is speaking through me.
Distance Reiki
This requires an initial phone consultation to understand what help you are looking for. We then agree between us what the focus of the session will be. At an agreed time, I then ‘send’ the Reiki, with the focused intent to help you in a way which meets your needs. All that is required from you is to be comfortable and relaxed at the agreed time, enabling you to fully absorb the power of the Reiki.
Executive Transition
If you find yourself feeling disillusioned, frustrated or downright unhappy at work, you know something needs to change. However, working out what that is, and how to achieve it is another matter.
My coaching programmes are designed to quickly help you identify the core issues, together with practical solutions to enable you to move forward on your own terms.

All Reiki sessions are delivered remotely. The process, power and impact of the Reiki I deliver has the same strength as a hands-on treatment, but in the comfort of your own home. I recommend a free 15-minute call to discuss your requirements before booking a Reiki session.

Programmes are completely bespoke, tailored to the individual and their particular situation and circumstances. There are 3 service levels to choose from: Executive, Premium and Ultimate, to ensure there are options which provide you with everything you need.
All levels are based on a foundation of 3 x 90-minute coaching sessions, which focus on:
- Understanding your situation: how you feel, and what needs to change.
- Designing your future: Exploring possibilities, not jobs.
- Creating your Transition Plan: defining options, optimising opportunities, scrutinizing your CV and LinkedIn profile.
Every client is different, and their particular situations can vary enormously. This is why all my coaching programmes are tailored to the individual, with pricing based on their specific requirements.

How does your Mediumship work?
My readings involve a combination of channelling from my spirit guides, the client’s loved one(s) in spirit and a range of tarot and oracle cards which help me receive insight and intuition. All I need from my clients is to come to me with an open mind.
Will my loved one definitely come through in a mediumship reading?
Of course it isn’t an ‘exact science’, but it is rare that my client’s loved ones don’t channel a message through me. However, if they don’t come through, I am happy to arrange another reading on another day free of charge.
How much experience do you have?
I had my first spiritual encounter in 1987. Over time, my experiences became more frequent, with increasing clarity and intensity. I trained as a Reiki Master in 2011; the universal energy involved in my Reiki attunements simultaneously strengthened my spiritual ability. The strength of both these gifts is constantly evolving.
I’ve never had a reading before, and feel a bit nervous about it.
This is completely understandable. I work in a very gentle, positive way. The aim of all my readings is to provide guidance and insight which is reassuring, and which will help you to find your way through any difficult situations you are facing. My clients always tell me they feel better after a reading.
